Dennis Oltman scored perhaps the wins in the shortest time frame in Beatrice Speedway history. After just a few seasons, Oltman scored a Track Championship in 1965, edging out fellow inductee Mike Cacak. Oltman would end up runner-up in points in 1966. 1967 brought more honors for Oltman as he became the Beatrice Speedway All-Time Win Leader. He would finish that season 3rd in the points race. After many wins over the next several years, Oltman jumped in the NMRA series. 1971 produced a 3rd place points finish, finishing just behind Lloyd Beckman and Lonnie Jensen. Although Oltman's racing career ended prematurely due to injury, he still ranks among the best to have ever competed at Beatrice Speedway.
