On behalf of the Beatrice Speedway Hall of Fame committee, we would like to thank all of the former drivers, officials, car owners, and contributors for attending our 2008 event. 45 people officially checked in at the meet and greet, which is our highest attendance yet.

Due to the fact, that, the Racer's Reunion was held before the races, and so many people who attended were from out of town, We are considering Hall of Fame night as completed.

This event is held for those people, and thankfully, they had the chance to get together before the rains came. Thanks to all of you who attended.

Unfortunately, those who were so gracious to bring their vintage cars, didn't get the track time as hoped. But Thank You for bringing the cars out early to display for the fans. It's a key part of our event and it's greatly appreciated.

If you would like to place a vote for the 2008 Hall of Fame Class, you can still do so 3 ways. 1 - Pick up a ballot by the Hall of Fame display case at the track, and put it in the drop box. 2 - go the www.beatricespeedwayhof.com and print of a ballot. Those may be mailed to: Beatrice Speedway HOF P.O. Box 773 Beatrice, NE 68310 or 3 - Stop in to Extreme Motorsports in downtown Beatrice, and pick up a ballot.
